VTS is a professional supplier for high-quality castings and forgings. It has a very professional engineers′ team, which are responsible for each process including casting, metallurgy, forging, heat treatment and machining respectively. Also it has an excellent quality control team, which mainly focuses on process quality control and pre-shipment inspection.
Our castings cover Ductile iron castings, Gray iron castings and Precision castings, which are made by green sand, DISA, resin sand, lost foam, water glass sand and investment casting process. We can perform NDT and CMM test for the products.
We are a stock holder of a professional pattern shop. We will assign our engineer to monitor all the processes from process design, pattern making, trial-producing, sample test to small production run. By doing this we can short the developing time significantly, and also ensure a very high percent of pass for initial samples. In batch production stage it will be another engineer′s and a inspector′s turn, one is in charge of technical support and another is in charge of pre-shipment inspection.
